The ladies who provided breakfast were very friendly and helpful. I required gluten free bread etc. They were lovely. The room was a bit small but well equipped.

Great accommodation , lovely staff in an excellent location.

Excellent location central to many of the attractions. Trevi fountain, Colloseum and Pantheon within a 15 min walk. Claudia the housekeeper couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Location, People & clean would definately go again if in Rome

Location was excellent within 30mins of the majority of Rome which meant during the day we could rest during the 40 deg heat. Strange booking in for us but it worked perfectly. Instructions received were good. Breakfast was served when you wanted in your room and if you wanted more you only had to ask from the friendly staff.

The lift could be better signed as it took us a while to find it.

Very Good

Silvia was great with her communication and easy to work with. The air conditioning was excellent, which was such a gift after a long hot day. The shower had wonderful water pressure and temperature. It was fun that breakfast was delivered to our room each day. Location was easy to walk everywhere!

The room was much smaller than expected and no room to sit other than beds. The walkway up was dark and kind of creepy at night.

What would you highlight about Piazza Venezia Grand Suite

Great stay in the central part of Rome!

Location was great! Very walkable to main attractions like the Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Very close to bus lines that take you anywhere that’s not super walkable (especially in the heat). A/C was perfection, it stayed nice and cold which was the best part of the stay as it was very hot when we visited. Breakfast was typical Italian fare. Cornetto with some coffee. They also added in some cookies and donuts and let you choose if you want some other items with it like yogurt or cereal. Staff was really friendly and easy-going. Rooms got serviced everyday unless you decline it. Entry was very simple. And we liked being able to access the stairs rather than use the lift. Rome was nicely updated and provided luggage area and hangers for two people.

The standard double room was very small. I wouldn’t want to spend more than a few nights there because of the size. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8 am which wasn’t practical when you want to hit the sightseeing early (especially important with the summer heat). We told a staff member we would be missing 2/3 breakfast orders and she did supply us with some breakfast items the night before which was really thoughtful. No amenities in bathroom besides body wash and shampoo in the shower. The shower head was awkward to use and a lot of water collected outside the shower doors. The standard double room is located around the corner through a room that staff uses to prepare everyone’s breakfast and use as a home base when cleaning the rooms etc.. It was a bit weird walking through it to access the room, especially when there were people in it.

Comfortable, quiet apartment in the heart of Rome.

Wonderful location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Seemed like a very safe area and the facility was secure. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was nice to be able to open the balcony doors (even though the view was of a street and parking lot). The staff was very accommodating and responsive. The breakfast was simple and nice and wheeled into our room on a table. Great place to stay!

Great room central for Rome, comfortable beds and nice breakfasts

Fantastic central location - we were able to walk everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely and delivered on a trolley each morning exactly on time. Internet is fast and reliable

The name "suite" conjures up a larger space than it is but it is a standard "hotel" sized room. Dont normally watch TV while away but as it looked like a great TV, thopught we would catch up on some news but it seemed to neened to be registered with a Samsung account and as technical as I am, I gave up ! Looked like brand new blackout curtains but think they had forgotten to put back up the net curtains so always felt a little overlooked. These are all relatively minor issues

Excellent , looking forward too going rome again!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, the property was also very clean and the location was perfect distance from all the major landmarks in rome and food/drinks (walking distance ) Spacious room for a couple! and breakfast was provided each morning into our room with a reasonable choice of options. (They also organised transfers too airport - thank you)

Perhaps breakfast could be provided slightly earlier ( as I was up for sunrise to see and take photos of the buildings / landmarks (so I missed breakfast times) however that’s a personal suggestion to avoid the crowds.
